A farm Santa Maria la Palma vidékén, Alghero és a Riviera del Corallo legszebb strandjai közelében található, és a természet csendjében kínál szállást.

A 12 hektáros területtel körülvett szálloda ideális hely azok számára, akik pihenni szeretnének, és értékelni szeretnék a szardíniai vidék színeit és illatait.

Ez a családi kézben lévő farm borszőlőt, olajat és gyümölcsöt termel.

Az olasz reggelit a belső szobában és a külső verandán szolgálják fel.

A parasztház udvara egy nagy és gondozott kertből áll, számos évszázados olajfával, a parasztház hátsó részében pedig egy 10 x 5 méteres medence található nagy szoláriummal.

A parasztháznak van egy főépülete 7 szobával és egy második önálló épület 4 másik szobával.

A szobák változó méretűek, 35-45 négyzetméteresek, fagerendás mennyezetűek, a belső bejárati ajtókat, valamint a gardróbszekrényeket helyi kézművesek készítették tömör kőrisből és kézzel intarziázva.

A parasztház teljes körűen fel lett újítva, olyan anyagok felhasználásával, amelyek lehetővé tették az A energiaosztályú tanúsítvány megszerzését, a környező környezet teljes tiszteletben tartásával.

A szerkezet napelemes rendszerrel rendelkezik, amely napközben táplálja a fűtési és melegvíz-előállító rendszert.

“La propriété est très très bien située pour profiter de l’ensemble des sites magnifiques de la région. Un peu a l’écart d’Alghero où l’on accède rapidement, l’endroit est calme et reposant. Idéal pour les vacances. Le gîte offre des prestations de grande qualité. Chambre spacieuse, climatisation et belle salle de bain. L’extérieur est aussi à la hauteur, jardin bien entretenu, piscine et spa . L’accueil de Gennaro et Anna vous décontracte tout de suite. Le petit déjeuner est un délice avec les gateaux maison ainsi que les confitures. Gennaro connait les bonnes adresses et aide aussi,aux réservations. Cela facilite grandement . Toutes les adresses, restaurants, plages et excursions étaient excellentes. En résumé un sejour magnique”
