Customers wishing to book via www.agriturismo.net or one of the sites of the 4tourist network may confirm their reservation directly on line on Agriturismo.net or via one of the 4tourist networking sites Bookings can also be made by phone using our Booking Centre during office hours (9 am - 1 pm and 2 pm - 6 pm) (GMT +1) directly with our Tour Operator 4tourist.net
Tourists wishing to confirm their booking on the site Agriturismo.net or on the 4tourist network may:
Book through req code (negotiation): Before making an availability request, fill in the form to begin direct communication with the owner, and then complete the booking by following the online procedure and clicking on the button 'book with req. code'.
At that point it will be up to the owner to confirm the booking by confirming the accommodation availability and correctness of data entered manually by the tourist, such as accommodation name, dates of check in and check out, no. people, price, etc.

At that point, the tourist will 'transform' the option into an actual reservation. In fact, immediately after the online procedure has been completed by the tourist, the booking confirmation will be sent to both the tourist and the owner.

Book through Instant Booking: Instant booking is only available on a determined and selected number of companies. In fact, we only offer this option to companies that have committed to keeping their booking schedule updated in order to allow the tourist customer to immediately verify if their selected dates are available by clicking directly on the 'book' button. If this is the case, they can proceed immediately to confirming the reservation, using the “Instant Booking” mode.

Prices and Seasonality
The prices published on the pages of the accommodation on the site Agriturismo.net or on the 4tourist Network sites are placed directly by the owners and are quoted daily or weekly depending on the individual accommodation.
The minimum stay for high and low season periods are defined for each property according to the tariff table.
For stays that span two different seasonal periods, the exact prices for the two different periods will be counted.
Electricity, water, heating and final cleaning are included in the rates unless otherwise indicated on the individual property pages.
Additional services such as half-board, heating / air conditioning, dayli cleaning and final cleaning at certain times of the year may be charged according to consumption.
Therefore we always suggest the tourist customer consult the 'Terms and Conditions', 'Services' and 'Price list' pages of individual properties, given that we can not be held liable for missing or incorrect inclusion of costs of related services in the tariff plan of individual properties.
Description of properties
Special attention is paid by the property owners, and in some cases by 4tourism srl management, to the descriptions of the properties on the site.
Data on prices, cancellation fees, arrival and departure regulations, rules and payment conditions are the responsibility of the property and they can changed at any time via the Control Panel.
Most of the properties on Agriturismo.net have been renamed with fancy names, such change has been made, in agreement with the owners of the properties, in order to guarantee them the services offered by the contract signed with 4tourism Ltd.
Arrivals and departures
The point of welcome on arrival is at the property booked by the customer, unless otherwise indicated in the property pages of the booked property or otherwise agreed with the property's owner / manager.
The geographical information, and directions on 'how to get' to the property will be summarised in your confirmation voucher. The property's owner / manager will welcome you on arrival and accompany you to the accommodation, they will provide the keys and provide information on the use of the services of the property. In addition to the voucher showing the booking data, the tourist customer must provide a valid identification document, such as an identity card or passport.
We recommend informing the property well in advance of your time of arrival, especially if it falls outside normal reception hours as specified in the 'Arrivals and Departures' regulations on the pages of the property.
In the event that the customer is unable to occupy the accommodation in the period booked due to difficulties related to transportation, errors or other personal reasons, there is no partial refund for early departure or late arrival, unless otherwise specified on the pages of the property.
After the booking has been made and the holiday has come to an end, tourist customers will receive an email in which they will be asked to review the holiday. 4tourism srl invites customers to publish truthful reviews that are not offensive, should an offensive review be given, 4tourism reserves the right to modify or reject the publication of the aforementioned reviews.
Customer have the option to cancel their booking without charge, within the terms provided in the Cancellation Penalties of the booked property. Any Cancellation Penalty may be applied according to the regulations In order to avoid unpleasant situations, we recommend you look at the Cancellation Penalties for the property you are intending to book before you go ahead with the booking.
Changing the booking
The booking is personal and accessible only by the person whose details are given on the booking voucher. However, should a customer not be able to use the booked accommodation, the booking may be transferred to third parties (relatives or friends), unless otherwise specified on the pages of the booked accommodation, by requesting a new confirmation voucher with the modified information be issued.
Customers are advised to contact the property owner/manager directly for requests relating to postponing the booking with a check in date to be specified later or for changes to the length of the period of stay.
