Az ingatlan a Pistoia dombok között, Toszkánában található, nagyszerű helyen a régió legfontosabb városainak és egyéb érdekes helyeinek meglátogatásához.

Farmunk kiváló bio extra szűz olívaolajat termel. Gyümölcsöt és zöldséget is termelünk vendégeink számára. Ezt a régi malmot, melynek építése a 18. század közepéig nyúlik vissza, néhány évvel ezelőtt vásárolták meg azzal a szándékkal, hogy az eredeti toszkán stílust tiszteletben tartó kis agrárturizmust hozzanak létre. Az volt az elképzelésünk, hogy a malomkövet újra működésbe hozzuk. A malomkövet eredetileg gesztenye, búza és egyéb, erre a felvidéki régióra jellemző gabonafélék őrlésére tervezték.

2 régi tározó található, egykor a malom meghajtásához használt vizet tartották, ma medencékké alakították át.

Az év egyes szakaszaiban be lehet mutatni, hogyan készült a régi időkben a liszt a víz természetes erejével.

Malmunkban nyolc férőhely áll rendelkezésre, és a szálláson kívül házi készítésű ételeket kínálunk vendégeinknek és járókelőknek. Az ételek a hagyományos toszkán receptek alapján készülnek, és "szegénynek" tűnhetnek, de nagyon egészségesek és a legtöbb helyen nehezen beszerezhetők.
