A Holiday House egy 1750-ben épült történelmi rezidencia, közvetlenül a Chianti negyedben, Siena közelében. A ház sajátos építészete egyedivé teszi, és Toszkána és Siena hagyományai szerint állították helyre. A nagy kert-park olajfaligettel és mediterrán növényekkel teli teraszokkal lehetővé teszi a pihenést és a vidék élvezetét. Az ingatlanban gyönyörű, nagy, napfényes medence (6x12 m), kilátással a környező mezőkre.
