Ezen a toszkánai nagy, 350 hektáros, főként erdős birtokon belül a gazdaság 5000 olajfát nevel, extra szűz olívaolajat nyerve . Az érzékszervi tulajdonságok megőrzését garantáló eljárásokkal hidegsajtolással nyert olaj savtartalma 0,4%# alatti, ami kiváló minőséget tanúsít. .
