A parasztház Toszkána igazi gyöngyszeme, és a Monte Morello Természeti Parkban található, panorámás dombos helyen.

A falu mögött az egész ingatlant körülvevő ciprusos domb található, ahol magas természetes alberesi sziklák merülnek el. A parasztházat olajfák veszik körül, és a tulajdonos családja folytatja azt a hagyományt, amely az olajat Toszkána egyik legjobbjává teszi.

A környező, mintegy 5 hektáros területet a helyi termékek, például gyümölcsfák, aromás fűszernövények, kerti zöldségek természetes megjelenésének megőrzéséről gondozzák, olyannyira, hogy még a gyomok is pompás virágzással jelennek meg: a mákrobbanástól a sárgáig. körömvirág, a lila kökörcsintől az íriszekig, a tulipánokig a száraz kőfalak szélén.

A parasztház egy 18. századi parasztházból áll, négy lakásra osztva, zöldövezetben, felszerelt kültéri térrel.

Az úszómedence felé haladva egy félig olajfák között megbúvó kis önálló egységgel találkozunk, saját kerttel és grillsütővel.

A parasztház minden bizonnyal a legművészibb felújítás, amit valaha látott. Az apartmanok teljesen felújítottak és antik bútorokkal vannak berendezve. Műholdas TV-vel felszereltek, némelyikben légkondicionálás és hidromasszázs kád is található, valamint egy csodálatos szabadtéri medence is rendelkezésre áll.

A parasztház kóstolókat, ebédeket, vacsorákat szervez előzetes bejelentkezés alapján, és olyan eseményeknek ad otthont, mint esküvők, születésnapok, diplomaosztók és akár céges találkozók is.

Megjegyzés: Az étterem csak előjegyzés alapján működik, a környéken tipikus toszkán éttermek és trattoriák találhatók.
