Az ingatlan a csend és nyugalom légkörét élvezi, amit csak ősi helyek tudnak nyújtani, és azt a békét, amit az egykori kolostor ma is tud adni az ott élőknek. Ez a vidéki üdülőhely tökéletessé teszi gyermekes családok számára is.

A Villa Cappella és a Villa Proneta, a két lakóépület, amelyből áll, mindössze 300 méterre találhatók egymástól, és egy csendes országút köti össze, olajfaligetekkel, erdőkkel és szőlőültetvényekkel körülvéve. Mindkét házban nagy és kényelmes apartmanok találhatók, melyek kényelmét egy-egy panorámás medence jelenléte teszi teljessé.

Tenisz/foci/kosárlabda pálya , valamint strandröplabda pálya, tekepálya, gyerekjátékokhoz, asztaliteniszhez, asztali focihoz felszerelt terület, két fatüzelésű kemence és egy nagy grillezési lehetőség. a zárt pénztárat és az őshonos fauna újranépesítési területét jelentő birtokon belüli túrázás jelenti a további kínálatot a vendégek számára elérhető sport- és rekreációs tevékenységek terén.

A nyugalom egy olyan létmód, amely borkészítési technikáinkat is áthatja. “Très belle situation entre Sienne et Florence: c'est parfait! Possibilité de visiter en demi-journée et de profiter du lieu et de la piscine aussi. Beaucoup de très beaux villages moins connus mais tout aussi magnifiques dans la campagne de Barbérino. Appartement Proneta 1 que nous occupions est bien équipé ( nombres d'assiettes, couverts, etc suffisant pour ne pas avoir à faire le vaisselle sans cesse) Le lieu était très propre à notre arrivée. La literie est tout à fait correcte. Terrasse extérieure partagée à l'ombre des arbres pour les repas très agréable.”
