A birtok a toszkán vidék szívében található, Vinci és Cerreto Guidi települések között, amelyek a Reneszánsz földjei nevű terület részét képezik.

A farmon egy pompás 8m x 2m-es úszómedence található, mely a vendégszobákból is könnyen megközelíthető.

Stratégiai elhelyezkedésének köszönhetően könnyedén elérheti Toszkána legszebb művészeti városait, mint Firenze, Pisa, San Gimignano és Siena. Kevesebb mint 30 percnyi autóútra található Montecatini Terme városától és 1 óra alatt Versilia városától, a híres toszkán tengerparti területtől.

A farm megőrizte a toszkán mezőgazdasági falu jellegzetes szerkezetét, amely egy fő villából és két parasztházból áll, melyek mindegyike gondosan felújított. A toszkán hagyományok ihlette antik bútorokkal berendezett apartmanok műholdas TV-vel és mikrohullámú sütővel felszereltek. Az apartmanok mindegyike saját fürdőszobával rendelkezik, és közvetlen hozzáférést biztosít a medencéhez.

A farm lehetőséget kínál a nagy zöldterületeken pihentető napok eltöltésére, de a környező területek felfedezésére is ingyenes kerékpárok biztosításával. A birtokon van egy sporthorgászatra alkalmas tó, a lovaglás szerelmeseinek pedig egy felszerelt lovarda.
