Ez a panzió egy régi istállóból született, amelyet ma gondosan felújítottak. A parasztház 1965 óta van ugyanannak a családnak a tulajdonában, abban az évben, amikor a nagyszülők, Celso és Margherita megvásárolták, hogy otthonuk legyen, és közösen kezdjék meg a nagyrészt mogyorótermesztésen alapuló mezőgazdasági tevékenységet.
Ma fiuk , Giuseppe (Beppe) ugyanazzal a szeretettel folytatja az üzletet, mint amit nagyszülei neki szenteltek, feleségével, Ritával együtt , aki 1992-ben úgy döntött, elhagyja Brazíliát, ahol született, és ide költözik.
