Ezért szeretnénk meghívni Önt konyhánkba, hogy egy pohár bor mellett beszélgessünk az ételekről, főzzenek együtt egy paradicsomszószt és megosszuk veletek az olaszok ételszeretetét!
Családi receptek, friss helyi alapanyagok, a miénk a "cucina povera" fordításban "jó étel nehéz időkre", egyszerű alapanyagok, ételpazarlás nélkül, szezonális és helyi termékek kizárólagos felhasználása!

És mivel szerencsénk van, hogy Mária nagymamánk is a munkatársaink között van, engedjük, hogy felfedje az igazi főzés egyszerű titkait!

Az osztálylétszám kettőtől maximum tíz főig terjed, az étteremhez hasonlóan a főzőtanfolyamokat is csak vendégeinknek szenteljük. Így minden résztvevő élvezi a személyes odafigyelést, és a legtöbbet hozza ki minden főzésből. A főzőtanfolyamokat a konyhánkban tartjuk, és Adriana fordítja angolra.

“If we come back to Italy, it will be to stay with Adriana and her family again at their B&B. Everything about our experience was fantastic! The rooms were lovely and had great AC, the views are just incredible, and the food... We had homecooked multi-course dinners for several nights of our stay, and delicious homecooked breakfasts each morning. The food was some of the best we had on our trip. They even did a cooking class with us before one of the dinners so we could learn to make pasta. Adriana was a wonderful host and translated dinner conversation between the different groups staying (she speaks wonderful English). We truly felt apart of the family for the four nights we were there. Thank you for everything!”
