Rossa szoba: Az emeleten a szoba mellett saját fürdőszoba (zuhanyzós) található, 2 ágyas, sm. 14. A gerendák és az ablakkeretek pirosak, egyedi, Barsi nagypapától származó gardróbcseresznyével együtt jellemzik a helyiséget. Az ablak a déli oldalon. Bejárat a déli oldal felől.

Arancione szoba: az egyetlen szoba a földszinten, nagy, saját fürdőszobával (zuhanykabinnal). Konyhaként használt helyiség volt, és ott volt a kandalló oldalsó ráccsal, egy kőmosdó, amely ma íróasztalként szolgál, és az eredeti tégla. Van egy franciaágy családi szobává alakítható extra harmadik ággyal, és egy babaágy (21 m.), az ablak a déli oldalra néz. Bejárat a déli oldal felől.

Rosa szoba: A szoba a második emeleten található, lehet kétágyas vagy kétágyas, és még egy harmadik ágy is hozzáadható. Tetőtérből átalakítva megőrizte a gerendás mennyezetet és az eredeti terrakottát; 2/3 ágyas, ablaka az udvarra és a szőlőre néz, északi oldal. Egyedül vagy a lakás részeként is bérelhető.
