Ez a parasztház az Iblei-hegység dombjain található, Ragusa vidékén, jellegzetes száraz kőfalaival és évszázados szentjánoskenyér-, mandula- és olajfákkal.

A Comiso kisváros domináns helyen, az UNESCO barokk szépségeitől néhány kilométerre, Ragusa tartományban található, ideális hely a természetben való kikapcsolódásra és a vidéki nyugalom élvezetére, de nem messze a városok.

A nagy panorámás teraszról lélegzetelállító tájat élvezhet a Földközi-tengertől Közép-Szicília dombjaiig, az Etnáig.

A tiszta levegő, a pihenés, a madárcsicsergés, a jázmin parfüm és a tengerre néző naplemente csak néhány a sok bájelem közül, amelyek élvezetessé és lenyűgözővé teszik az üdülést.

Az ingatlanban 18 szoba 2 különböző testületre van osztva, a központi, ahol az étterem található, 4 db kétágyas szoba és az uszoda, valamint a kb. 500 m-es függő, ahol 14 db két-, három- és négyágyas szoba található. Minden szoba elegánsan berendezett, rosszul berendezett bútorokkal, TV-vel, légkondicionálóval, hűtőszekrénnyel és saját, zuhanyzós fürdőszobával. A reggeli mellett napi takarítás is biztosított.

Nyáron használhatja a nagy szabadtéri medencét (7m * 15m) egy frissítő úszásra, vagy egyszerűen csak lazíthat a napon a jellegzetes fehér kő szolárium egyik napozóágyán. Az uszoda június 1. és szeptember 15. között tart nyitva.

A gyerekek játszhatnak a játszótéren vagy futhatnak a környéken.
