A süteményeiről (a Vernio cukroiról) híres hölgy lakja a 70 -es évekig, ez a parasztház időrendi első felújított lakása, két szinten.

A bejáratnál találunk egy konyhát / nappalit, egy kényelmes fürdőszobát és egy hálószobát saját fürdőszobával (Pink Room). Az emeleten egy nagy, kétszemélyes hálószobát találunk, extra egyszemélyes ággyal.

A bejárat előtt, kilátással a medencére és a Val di Bisenzio -ra, saját szabadtéri területe asztalokkal, székekkel és esernyővel, valamint a vendégszoba mellett található.

Közvetlenül a medence előtt az apartman ideális családok számára.

“Authentische und natürlich Unterkunft - Man sieht das hier viel Liebe in kleine Details gefloßen ist. Auch für unseren 11 Monate alten Sohn, war alles nötige vorhanden - Babybett und Babystuhl. Die Gastgeber waren überaus zuvorkommend, sehr freundlich, haben sich Zeit für unsere Fragen und den ein oder anderen kurzen Plausch genommen - und sprechen sehr gutes Englisch. Die Unterkunft bietet auch hervoragende Spezialitäten die man im hauseigenen Tante-Ema-Laden erstehen kann. An Tieren waren 4 Pferde, 3 Katzen, 1 Hund vor Ort - Allesamt recht freundliche Zeitgenoßen, Sorgen beim Streicheln braucht man hier nicht haben. Die Umgebung war idylisch und ruhig, um 20:00 spielt die Kirchenuhr im Tal eine wunderbare Melodie. Nachts findet man Ruhe und Erholung.”
