Nice and comfortable accommodation
Description is real. Picturesque, nice decorated, comfortable.Ms.Giulia Bellucci-the host is very kind and carefully. We were a group of six, each agreed to return someday here.
We had to discover the location Some problems, May It will be very useful a better signalization of the farm on the road. We were bothered by mosquitoes and other insects inside. The Internet connection were poor, not everywhere in the apartment (Moscardino).

exceeded my expectations by alot.
15 of us traveled from several different countries to meet here. We picked this location off of the internet without knowing the area all that well. It was more then advertised as the pictures on the internet could never really capture how nice San Casciano 202 really is. The location makes Florence, Sienna, Cinqua Terra, San Giamano very nice trips. Gulia, the owner, is simply fantastic.
There is a common area in the courtyard that you have internet access but the one in the villa was not working while we were there. So we still had internet but one more access point in the house would have been nice.

Propriétaires très accueillants. Cadre magnifique et ambiance toscane parfaite.
Calme. Vues magnifiques typiques des beaux paysages toscans. Localisation géographique excellente pour rayonner autour de Florence et aller dans Florence.Maison aménagée avec beaucoup de bon goût. Piscine très agréable, dans un cadre superbe.

Un piccolo paradisio
Le cadre.la vue est magnifique,la famille qui vit dans la propriété est souriante, aimable tout en restant discrète. On s'y sent bien. la piscine est très bien située.Et Florence est à quelques kms.

The view at this place is truely spectacular and we will sure not forget the kindness and assistance from Giulia (staff). She made reservations for musea, restaurant and we could ask her for anything anywhere. The location is perfect and close to Florence
Location, very friendly staff, the pool with magnificent view
Costs for airconditioning are € 130 / week In our other agriturismo they brougt us breakfast evrey morning, we missed this here

el apartamento que escogimos estaba muy bien equipado, los propietarios siempre muy amables. No dudaria en regresar a San Casciano 202.

Izredna hiša na izredni lokaciji.
Hiša je fenomenalna, lokacija prav tako. Čistoča na nivoju.
Interneta v sami hiši ni, na WLAN smo se lahko priljučili na dvorišču. Lastnica je bila sicer vljudna, vedar zelo rezervirana. Glede na to, da se oglašujejo kot "agriturismo", nismo uspeli poskusiti domačega vina ali kakšnih drugih dobrot, čeprav smo izrazili željo. Glede na prejšnje komentarje na tej strani, se nismo mogli znebiti občutka, da smo Slovenci za njo drugorazredni gosti!
Zdravo Boris, hvala za vaš komentar. Vendar bi rekel, da smo naša vina in naše olja smo jih dobili, pa ste prišli do potrkal na vrata moje hiše, da jih ob 11 ponoči in zato sem rekel, če bi lahko prišel nazaj naslednji dan. To je to. I would say that in the farm we have our wine and our olive oil, but you have come to knock on the door of my house at 11 pm and so I said if we could come back the next day. That's it. A relaxing stay in beautiful surroundings
We stayed in Il Riccio apartment with stunning views on three sides, a spotless interior and a real 'tuscan' feel. The pool has panoramic views over the hills and we had it to ourselves for the whole week. Great supermarket in the nearby town for supplies, and lots of little towns and villages to visit in the vicinity along with San Gimignano, Siena and Florence. Giulia the host was helpful, friendly and welcoming. Would definitely go back for a second visit and have already recommended it to my family.

Excellent site in the Tuscany region
Quiet, hostess thougtful, Near Firenze. Countryside .Very good for a group
Winding and narrow roads makes it difficult to travel at night in the area. if you have to go to the supermarket,better to go during daylight Lack of chairs in the kitchen/living room. Very difficult to find the site. Need big improvement concerning this aspect. Ideally should supply GPS coordinates such as longitude and latitude. Otherwise the address alone is not sufficient.

Beautiful setting
Relaxing rural retreat. Great pool and views. Nicely decorated apartment. Friendly and helpful owner.
Lovely accomodation although there is not a separate living room which is a bit ambiguous in the description. The very large kitchen has a sofa in it.

Preciosa villa cerca de Florencia
Localizacion cerca de Florencia La amplitud de la villa y sus alrededores. Localizacion cerca de Florencia. Servicios: piscina, ping-pong, barbacoa, Amabilidad de los propietarios que te informan y ayudan con tu viaje.
El camino que sube a la Villa desde la carretera (unos 600 m) esta en mal estado. Habia mosquitos, algo normal en verano en el campo, pero hay que llegar preparado porque la primera noche nos picaron bastante.

A wonderful place to go back again!
Excellent host - warm, responsive and helpful, wonderful views and surroundings, clean and simple facilities, well located to reach places of interest; pet-friendly,overall very relaxing.
One needs to read the instructions on location very carefully to reach there the first time. The lake described in website is really a big pond. Dont forget to carry mosquito repellant.

Wonderful accommodation in a delightful setting. The owner was friendly and very helpful. An excellent base from which to explore the Tuscan countryside. Beautiful rustic appartment and great value for money. Warmly recommend this facility and would go back there if we are in Tuscany again.
Liked the roomy bedrooms and kitchen and two bathrooms. Excellent for two couples.
Positive in every way.

Wonderful
It was better than the Internet pictures displayed. The owner was accomodating and very helpful. She provided transportation from the airport to the farmhouse. She provided dinner on the first night for a small fee per person. She also arranged a driver for us. He was great and we hired him for the whole week.
A car or driver is needed.

L'accueil fut très bon, des hôtes très sympathiques et l'endroit a répondu parfaitement à nos attentes.
Un endroit merveilleux, du personnel sympathique et un appartement où nous pouvions relaxer.
Nous n'avons pas trouvé d'aspects négatifs à notre séjour.

Een leuk en groot appartement, voorzien van alle gemakken. De dame is een goede en prettige gastvrouw. Niets was te veel. Is prachtig en gunstig gelegen. Wij hebben een geweldige vakantie gehad.

rustige ligging; mooi zwembad met terras en ligbedden; bijzonder aardige eigenaresse; zeer behulpzaam; prachtig uitzicht; ruime kamers en wel 3 badkamers en airconditioning natuurlijk
de vreselijk hobbelige weg van de opbenbare weg naar de agriturisme; is al meerder malen genoemd in recensies maar is echt niet prettog rijden zelfs met grote auto. En dat is dan meteen het enige minpunt!

Siamo ritornati gia due volte. E un bellissimo posto, bravi bravi i proprietari, disponibili, accoglienti, simpatici. Torneremo di nuovo.Si puo anche fare delle belle passegggiate vicino, il paese e molto vicino e si puo prendere un autobus da li per andare a Firenze, molto comodo. Appartamenti molto accoglienti, forniti bene, comodi e di un bellissimo stile.

Fantastic location within short driving distance to magnificent Florence and many small farms that produce great wine
Very short drive to Florence, lots of winderies to visit, quiet and peaceful
The major tourist hot spots are a bit of a drive, but if you want serenity the trade-offf is worth it.
