Wszystko zgodnie z opisem i naszymi oczekiwaniami. Super basen.

Piękny stary dom. Dużo miejsca do wypoczynku i zabaw dla dzieci. Niekrępująca i minimalna obecność właścicieli dająca poczucie swobody. Jednocześnie właściciele bardzo mili i uczynni, reagujący na każdą naszą prośbę bądź propozycję. Zadbane podwórko i basen. Czyste pokoje.

Brak dostępu do internetu. Słabe ciśnienie ciepłej wody na piętrze. Trochę słychać pobliską autostradę.

Ringrazio i Signori Mikulak per la loro scelta e per aver soggiornato da noi in maniera corretta e gentile.Simpaticissimi,spero di averli di nuovo come clienti.Provvederò quanto prima per un collegamento internet più funzionale!

Great house, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. At this point in our trip we were exhausted, and ended up enjoying the stormy weather and relaxing in the house more than we thought we would.

Well equipt kitchen, nice common space, but also nice to have two separate bed/bath areas so we could get a little time apart

the pool was meant more for the family, and we felt a little in the way when we used it. Owner was nice, but not friendly.

Ringrazio il Signor Eryn Costello per la sua buona recensione. Molte volte è difficile diventare veramente "Amici"con ospiti che restano pochi giorni(3!) ed in particolare sono poco presenti per visitare le numerosissime famose località dell'Umbria! Non mi è chiara la recensione sulla piscina,naturalmente è a disposizione di tutti gli ospiti.

Un'ottima esperienza nel cuore dell'Umbria

Molto bello l'appartamento, in tipico stile "rustico", con spazi assolutamente adeguati per l'accoglienza di due persone Ho trovato molto positiva anche la cordialità e la disponibilità della proprietaria

Non ho ricordi di elementi che mi abbiano impressionato negativamente

Saluto e ringrazio il Signor Luca e sua Moglie per le buone e affettuose parole nei confronti della mia Casa Vacanze che cerco sempre di rendere ospitale ed efficiente. A quando un altro soggiorno in Umbria?

Schöne,rustikale und ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung

Urige Wohnung mit Kamin (immer Sommer nicht nötig) und kleiner Kochnische. Blick aus dem Fenster Richtung Spello. Freundliche Vermieterin. Swimmingpool sehr erfrischend. Lage zwischen Spello und Foligno ideal für Besichtigungen und Stadtbummel. Auch Assisi war nicht weit.

Im Sommer war unsere Wohnung recht warm. Das unmittelbare Umfeld lud uns nicht zu Spaziergängen ein.

Ringrazio la Famiglia Iwanek per le gentili parole nei miei confronti.Li ricordo in modo particolare per la simpatia e il piacere di visitare l'Umbria!
