Good location and friendly staff.
This flat is in a great location and close to shops. The staff do not speak English, but nevertheless are very friendly and helpful. Our flat was comfortable and well equipped.
Laundry was adequate but located in the garage.

Prachtige plek in toscane
een prachtig gelegen huis, met een vriendelijke, gastvrije eigenaar. Het is van alle gemakken voorzien. Vooral appartement Rondine is prima, door het grote, overdekte terras. Het zwembad is prachtig en ook de andere facileiten prima (fietsen, ruime tuin, wasmachine)
2 van de 5 appartementen hebben een groot balkon. De andere 3 niet, dat is wel heel jammer. (de tuin biedt wel veel ruimte, maar daar maak je minder makkelijk gebruik van als je op de 1e of 2e verdieping zit)

Vacances culturelles et au calme dans un cadre très charmant et authentique.
Cadre de la piscine hyper agréable. Propriétaires très sympatiques. Nombreuses prestations incluses.
Les propriétaires ne parlent pas ni français ni anglais. Isolation phonique de l'appartement.

Very clean accomodation with plenty of room for our family of 5. The large veranda was a definite bonus.

Excellent value in a lovely rural setting
Friendly owners and the place was very well appointed. The kitchen had coffe, oil and other items for your use.

Oweners were very helpful in getting us acquainted with the property gave us a lift in and picked us up one day.
The pool was very relaxing. The views are fantastic. We loved the Extra Bar in Camucia nd the nearness to the train station. Shops in camucia were ideal for learning the Italian lifestyle.
Had to walk into town to catch the bus. But we liked it anyway!!

La posizione strategica rispetto alle località di interesse turistico, la disponibilità dei proprietari, l'appartamento molto curato, l'ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

bellissima vacanza
alloggio moderno e ben attrezzato, dotato di privacy, esterno molto bello, compresa la piscina, proprietari gentili e simpatici. Posto ideale per una vacanza culturale (varie località da visitare a prossimità) e rilassante.

La nostra casa vacanze ideale.
A luglio 2006 e a Pasqua 2009 abbiamo trascorso una meravigliosa settimana di vacanza. Infatti ci siamo trovati benissimo nella villa di campagna, l'accoglienza è stata calorosa e siamo rimasti così entusiasti e soddisfatti della nostra permanenza che è nostro desiderio poterci ritornare altre volte. Inoltre i luoghi che circondano la cittadina di Cortona sono incantevoli e ricchi di storia. Congratulazioni vivissime ad Alessandra, Paolo, Chiara e Francesco che offrono un ottimo servizio ai tanti turisti che hanno la fortuna di alloggiare negli appartamenti della villa.
Non abbiamo riscontrato aspetti negativi. Se potessimo, ci ritorneremmo sicuramente più volte.
